President
Heidi ensures everything runs smoothly and has been an avid supporter of the Xolos Academy since the beginning.
Heidi leads with an Iron Fist and always finishes what she sets out to do, which is why we call her "Xola Loca!"
Ricky Lacerte
Founder and Coach
Ricky has been here from the start and was instrumental in bringing a small local club under the premier soccer Club Tijuana's banner. Ricky has coached all ages and continues to provide his soccer expertise to the club.
Jonathan LeMieur
Vice President-Treasurer
Jonathan and Heidi have been actively involved with the club since the start. Jonathan manages the back-office processes and systems of the club such as registrations, payment processing, the Xolos website, etc.
